Take a look at our Reading Well collection during Virtual Wellbeing Week

 Virtual wellbeing week is being run 25th April to 1st May. It is aimed at healthcare staff and encourages you to take a moment to recognise, reflect and reconnect. You can join a range of events organised by Together We're Better: Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent.

Reading can support health and wellbeing and help develop empathy. We'd encourage you to take a look at our Reading Well book collection - this is especially created with mood enhancing and self-help books. You can visit the library to view the collection or browse online. Why not take some time out for yourself and read something different?

 As the temperatures climb it is getting hot in the Health Library. The hot weather doesn't have to disrupt your study or work session. Here are our top tips for library visitors to stay comfortable and focused during warm weather.
