 Get in touch with the Health Library easily using our online forms, available to you any day, any time. Make a request when it's convenient for you. Just complete the relevant form , submit and we'll get back to you.  The literature search request forms - for both clinical and non-clinical topics - have been updated. You can now request your literature search to be limited by patient group, by age range. selection of age range limits Simply select the age range you are interested in. You can select more than one but leave clear if not applicable. You can request many of our services online - useful to know if you don't want to, or can't, visit the library. From Good Friday 10th April to Easter Monday 13th April inclusive, library staff will not be available to contact. The Health Library and Trainers will be responding to emails again from Tuesday 14th onwards. IT will be undertaking some essential server maintenance on the Health Library Forms platform on Tuesday 15th October, from 8:00 pm for up to 2 hours.  During this time the Health Library online forms will be unavailable. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

You can contact the Health Library online by completing our online Contact Us form . If you have any comments, complaints or compliments that you’d like to make about the Health Library, its facilities, services and resources then feel free to use our online form. If you have attended one of our scheduled Training Courses recently we'd really like to get some feedback. This helps us to plan and improve our services. We've updated our Training Course Evaluation online form as part of our website improvement. Please complete the form to let us know what you thought about any training course that you attended.

If you would like to book on one of our scheduled training courses you can request a place using our online booking form . Our form has been updated and there are now 2! All the NHS-based courses are available on one form and all the Keele-based courses are on a separate form. Hopefully you will now find it much easier to book on the course you want.

If our librarian staff are not available to talk to about your Literature Search you can put in a request online and they will get back to you. We have updated our online forms . Please complete with as much information as possible. You can request a literature search on a clinical topic related to patient care, nursing or clinical practice or for something non-clinical such as management or education related topics. This service is available to NHS staff and Keele academics.

We have updated our online form that allows you to request a book inter-library loan . We are in the process of moving all our forms to a new platform. Hopefully this will make the forms clearer and easier to use. If you would like to make any comment about the new forms you can do so via our  Contact Us  form.

If you have completed one of our Online Tutorials recently we'd really like to hear what you thought. We'll be updating them next year and we'd like to know what you liked and what you didn't like so that we can improve them and make them even better. We've got a new feedback form that you can use to let us know what you thought.

We now have a new Stock Suggestion form . So, if you think that we are missing something please feel free to make a suggestion. Is there a new book in your topic area, do you need something for a reading list or to help you improve your skills? Use our Stock Suggestion form and our staff will investigate your request. If you have comments to make about our new forms please use our Contact Us form .

We have updated our online form that allows you to request a journal article inter-library loan . We will be moving all our forms to a new platform. Hopefully this will make the forms clearer and easier to use. If you would like to make any comment about the new forms you can do so via our Contact Us form.

If there is a book or journal or other resource that you think the library needs to include in its collection then you can make a suggestion to the management via our online form . Please include as much information about the resource as you can and indicate why you think it is important and what sort of users are likely to use it.

We have a number of services that you can request online via our website: Inter-Library Loan (ILL) – if we don’t have a book or article that you need, you can request an inter-library loan and we will try to find it from another library. Literature Search Service – if you don’t have time to do your own literature search we can do it for you. Complete our online form to make your request. Information Skills Training – we offer a comprehensive training programme throughout the year. You can book on a scheduled course via our online booking form . Stock Suggestion – if you think we are missing a vital text from our collection you can make a stock suggestion online . Anything else? Whether you want to join the library, suggest a book or request a literature search, you'll find all our forms in the Find A Form section  of our website. You can print off the form or, for many requests, you can submit the form online.

If you are having problems accessing our electronic resources such as ebooks, ejournals, databases and articles, please can you let us know by completing our eResources Technical Support form online . Please provide as much information as you can on the form. This will be sent to the eresources librarian who can then investigate the issue and we will get back to you to help you to resolve the problem if possible. This process will help us to identify common problems and raise specific issues with our suppliers. Hopefully issues can then be tackled more speedily and corrected. Your help with this is much appreciated

We have had a problem with our online request forms. These were not being received, even though the form indicates that it has been submitted. We believe the problem has been corrected now. However if you have made an online request since Monday 20th Feb and have not received a response from us please can you contact the Health Library. Apologies for the inconvenience.

We appear to be experiencing problems with our online forms. Despite the form submit going to completion we are not receiving the requests. We are currently looking at the problem and hope to have a fix soon. Apologies for any inconvenience.
