We have a print copy of the Report of the Mid Staffordshire NHS Foundation Trust Public Inquiry (Francis Inquiry) in the Health Library. The full report consists of 3 volumes , however we also have a copy of the executive summary . You can also access the report online from the Inquiry's website .

Safe Births: Everybody's business is the new independent inquiry reviewing the safety of maternity services in the UK.
