Intute is an evaluated gateway for many different resources including Medicine and Nursing, midwivery and allied health . This means that it is a search engine which will search a limited number of websites where all information has been carefully evaluated prior to inclusion on the website. Essentially it is the same as searching Google, but will only return a small number of high quality results. It also has the added advantage that you can browse by the same thesaurus headings used by Medline or the Royal College of Nursing.
