  NHS staff can improve their information skills and find evidence more easily by signing up to our NHS bite-size courses. Never Stop Learning in a Nutshell

  The Health Library has some great learning opportunities for Keele University students. We can help you to develop your information skills and get those great grades.   This Libraries Week check out how you can never stop learning in a nutshell.   Book on a short nutshell course to learn how to search University resources to get the best up-to-date evidence for your assignments   and dissertation   Arrange a 1-to-1 session with one of our Health Librarians if you need more help on your specific project   Attend the class library sessions booked by your tutors to get started using library facilities, services and resources   Need more help?   Contact the Health Library Training and Information Support Team  

Never Stop Learning Online

  We have some great online learning opportunities for you! You can complete online learning in your own time and at your own pace.   If you need a computer, come to Library to access PCs on either the Keele network or the NHS network. If you just need some quiet space, you can bring your own laptop and plug in via the study desks or individual pods.   We can help you to:   Develop your digital skills – watch our short video for info on how we can support you. Improve your information skills – complete our online tutorials to learn how to find the right information you need effectively. Access online resources – make sure you get the right login to access the resources we have for you.   We’re celebrating how the Health Library can help you to “never stop learning” .   Learning from each other is an important aspect of your work. Whether you are formally studying, acting as a mentor , informally learning in your department or keeping up-to-date with the latest evidence , the Health Library can help you to learn from fellow healthcare workers and students .     Share your work, studies or research   If you are attending a local conference , seminar or meeting and want to present a poster of your work, studies or research, take a look at our presentation H ow to create and academic poster .
