You get your list of results and what happens – there may be some items that you are unable to access in full text from the NHS electronic resources. Our document supply service can help you get access to this crucial information: Inter-library loans If it is an item that the library does not hold at all in electronic or print format, we can search for the item in other libraries which we have an inter-lending arrangement with. We can then request a copy to be sent to us and forward it on to you or make available for collection from the library.
