Staying in Touch with the Health Library during lockdown

The Health Library is currently closed due to the coronavirus / covid-19 restrictions. Whilst the Library building will not be available we are trying to run as many services as we can remotely during the lockdown. If you need to get in touch with the library there are a number of routes you can use: Email The Health Library email account health.library@keele.ac.uk is being monitored on a regular basis. Keele Email Changes

Keele University have updated their email system. This has affected staff email addresses as well as the email address for the Inter-Library Loan team. All the new email addresses are listed on our Contact Us page. Please update any contact lists that you might have.

World Osteoporosis Day - related library stock.

World Osteoporosis Day is observed annually on 20 October , and launches a year-long campaign dedicated to raising global awareness of the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of osteoporosis and metabolic bone disease. Organized by the International Osteoporosis Foundation (IOF) every year, World Osteoporosis Day involves campaigns by national osteoporosis patient societies from around the world with activities in over 90 countries. Outreach Service Phone Number Change

The Outreach Librarian Service has changed their telephone number. You can now contact the outreach librarians Clare and Lindsay on FeatureNet extension 8429 or externally on 0300 123 1535 ext 8429 The Outreach Service is available to NHS staff who are working in the community whether for any of the PCTs or Combined Healthcare in North Staffordshire.
