The photocopiers we have provided by our NHS partners will be replaced due to changes in supplier. Coin Operated Photocopier This is expected to be out of action from today (Friday 14 th July). Please come to the counter if you need to pay for your photocopying with cash. NHS-Supplied Photocopiers These are located on the left-hand-side in the photocopying room. These will be removed at a future date and eventually replaced from new suppliers. Keele-Supplied Photocopier This is the photocopier on the right-hand-side in the photocopying room. There is no change to this machine. It will accept payment from both Keele cards and NHS library membership cards.

There will be no card loading machines available to add credit to Keele or NHS Library cards (to pay for printing and photocopying) after Friday 29 th July. If you require any printing or photocopying and do not have sufficient funds on your card: Add your printable items to a memory stick, bring to the counter, a staff member will print your items, you can pay in cash or by credit/debit card. Bring your photocopying to the counter, a staff member will photocopy your items, you can pay in cash or by credit/debit card. Keele users can add credit to their Keele card online via the Keele Card web page .

Due to a serious cabling problem, there are currently no network services to the Health Library. This means that there is no wi-fi, no printing, no photocopying, and the student PCs aren't working. The Library is currently working off-line, so limited issue and return facilities are available via the Library counter only. The catalogue remains available externally and renewals may be done online. We are awaiting word on when the problem will be fixed. Our apologies for any inconvenience.

Keele students and staff can now top-up their Keele cards online via the Keele University website   You can use your Keele card to pay for printing and photocopying at the Health Library. There are still re-loader machines in the photocopying room if you want to use cash or your credit / debit card.

The EMOS payment system to pay for printing and photocopying will end at the end of this week - end of June. Please use up your credits now. Keele users - switch to using your Keele card. NHS users - update your Library card to allow you to use it for printing and photocopying payments.

EMOS printing / photocopying will no longer be available after 30th June . Please make sure that you use your credits by that date. You can get a refund for credit on working EMOS cards up to 5th October. All Keele users should switch to using their Keele cards for printing / photocopying as soon as possible. Remember that you can top up your Keele card via the reloader machines in the photocopying room – cash machine and debit/ credit machine NHS users can update their membership card so that it can be used to pay for printing (on the Keele network) and photocopying. You can then top up your membership card using the reloader machines in the photocopying room.

We now have a Keele card cash reloading machine. You can add credit to your Keele card using cash. There is a minimum of 50p. Note that the machine does not give change. The reloader is available in the Photocopier Room. Remember that we also have a reloader that you can use with your credit / debit card. Keele University will soon be implementing a new printing / photocopying strategy. Keep a look out for more news later. Because of the new printing / photocopying strategy we will be removing the use of EMOS print / photocopy cards shortly. All Keele users are advised to switch to using their Keele cards. Otherwise please keep an eye on the EMOS credits that you have available and ensure you use up those you have. We have an EMOS machine at the counter if you want to check what credit you have got left. More news will be released about printing changes later.
