Organ Donation Awareness Week 4th - 10th September 2017

This year, NHS Blood and Transplant, hospitals, charities and supporters of organ donation will be encouraging people across the UK to talk about organ donation with their families.
This is because although most people personally support organ donation, the family's support is also needed to in order for the organ donation to go ahead. Therefore this year's campaign is all about reminding people that their family won’t know how they feel about organ donation, unless they tell them.

For more information regarding Organ Donation, please visit the Organ Donation website:  https://www.organdonation.nhs.uk
