Health Literacy Awareness Training sessions: September - November 2025

 Want to improve your communication skills with your patients?

Are you aware of the role low literacy or numeracy can have in impacting if the health information you are providing to patients is understood?

Want to explore practical methods that can be used to help improve health literacy and the patient experience?

 The Health Library is offering a range of training sessions around Health Literacy Awareness.

 Sessions:

  • Tuesday 30th September 2025, 10 am – 11 am, via MS Teams
  • Monday 27th October 2025, 2 pm – 3 pm, via MS Teams
  • Friday 28th November 2025, 12 pm – 1 pm, via MS Teams

You will need a microphone and camera (please don't attend on a mobile phone).
