Health Literacy Training - book your place

 Improve communication with your patients to improve their health outcomes. Book your place on our Health Literacy Awareness course to learn more. This session, accredited by the Royal Society for Public Health UK (RSPH), aims to: introduce you to the concept of health literacy; consider the impact low health literacy can have on your work, your patients, and the NHS; and explore practical methods that can be used to help improve health literacy and the patient experience. Sunday opening hours to begin this Sunday

  We’re pleased to inform you that the Health Library in the CEC will now open on Sundays from   10am to 4pm  as part of a   six‑month trial , responding to feedback requesting additional opening hours. This trial period will allow us to assess demand, usage, and feedback before making any long‑term decisions. During Sunday opening, the Library will be available for  self‑service use only . Entry will be via the  wooden door to the Library on your right , through the entrance next to the bridge. Security staff will be present to look after the space and ensure a safe environment. During Sunday self‑service, you WILL be able to: Use your  Keelecard  or NHS Library card to swipe access the Library between  10am and 4pm Access the different study spaces and  NHS/Keele networked PCs  within the Library Issue and return items using the self‑service machine During Sunday self‑service, you WILL NOT be able to: Access the Library ...
