 The Health Library provides a comprehensive library service including access to resources and qualified librarians to help you to find the information you need.

We're here to support our NHS customers, from UHNM, North Staffordshire Combined Healthcare and staff working in the CCGs and GP practices across Staffordshire, as well as Keele University staff and students from the Health Faculty.

We can help you get to the information you need by providing:

  • access to a variety of healthcare-specific resources, both in print and online
  • inter-library loan service to supply resources not part of our collections
  • training opportunities to help you to develop your digital skills
  • Literature Search Service for specific information needs
  • NHS Outreach Service to support staff working in the community and unable to visit the library

Borrow more books from the Library

Keele Undergraduates and NHS members can now borrow up to 20 items from the Library. You can find more information about your borrowing rights on our web page .  Don't forget that any items you borrow will be automatically renewed unless... the item is requested  by another member you owe the library £10 or more If you are asked to return a book you must do so within your loan period or you will incur fines.
