Need to rest your mind - try some mindfulness colouring

... or maybe just keep the kids occupied for a short time.

 So, we can't give you access to our mindfulness table right now but here are a couple of colouring exercises which you can have a go at.

 NHS Million Poster Project - NHS Million have some posters that you can download and colour in. They have been created by volunteer artists. Lots are on the theme of thanking the NHS, so perfect for decorating the wards or sharing in your window. NHS Million are also encouraging you to share your creations via social media.

 Blue Light Card Character Posters - Blue Light Card have some colouring posters of various emergency service staff. Good for using with younger children and educational too.

V is for visit us

Why not come along and visit us? We are located on the ground floor, in the Clinical Education Centre, at the Royal Stoke University Hospital. Here are some instructions on how to get here, along with a Google Street map view. We’re in the really distinctive round building you can see from the A34. The library is usually a quiet place to study or catch up on some paperwork. You can use the silent study room if you need. We also have NHS and Keele networked computers, as well as provision for photocopying, scanning and printing.
