IT disruption 19th & 20th December 2019

KCOM (for UHNM IT) are undertaking maintenance on the network in the CEC on 19th and 20th Dec between 8 am and 12 noon. At some point for a couple of minutes:

  • each PC [staff and customer, NHS & Keele] will lose network connection
  • each phone, including ongoing calls, will cut out and reboot
  • self-service unit will be affected
  • Health Library till will be affected


 We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
