Remember that you can check your Library account online.
All online resources are available over the holiday period.

The print books at the Health Library (Royal Stoke) and the Health Library at County, and more e-books can now be found in the Hub.   What does it mean? When you carry out a search in the NHS Knowledge and Library Hub, print books and e-books from our library catalogue LibrarySearch will be included in the results; along with the items from our other NHS resources.   If you wish to narrow the results down to just the items from our library catalogue   – click on the ‘Library catalogue only’ limiter on the left hand side of the screen.   This is also the best option to use if you want to restrict your results to view the print stock from both health libraries.   If you wish to filter the results to just the print stock from a particular library - scroll down the left hand side of the screen to ‘Library Location’. Click on ‘Library Location’ to open the list of libraries and select the library you wish to

A is for Access

 You can find a wealth of information from the Health Library. But how do you get access? Access the Health Library - come along to the health Library to access our book collection and use the library facilities. You’ll need to swipe with your Library card to enter , borrow books and use the print/photocopy/scanning facilities . Access NHS online resources - you need an NHS OpenAthens username and password to log in to the plethora of online resources , especially selected for NHS users. It’s free to register, just complete the online form. Find out more from our OpenAthens web page . Access Keele online resources - Keele staff and students can access the Keele University subscribed resources using your Keele login details. Resources include healthcare-based ebooks, journals and databases. Learn more from the Campus Library page.
