Library Essentials for Students – Health Library eTutorials

What are they?
The Health Library etutorials are online learning opportunities to help you to develop your skills and use our resources. There are 2 strands:

  • Getting Started etutorials – to help you to get to grips with our major resources
  • Information Skills etutorials – to help you to develop your information searching skills

Our etutorials include:

  • Interactive elements
  • Quizzes
  • Multi-media such as audio and videos
  • Mobile-friendly, adaptable interface
  • Availability 24/7

Most of our etutorials include a reflection document that you can complete and save. Whilst some allow you to print or save action plans / feedback.

How can they help you?
Our etutorials offer you alternative learning opportunities to help you to develop your skills or learn how to use our resources. They also help you to consolidate skills developed in our training sessions.

How do you access them?
The Health Library etutorials are freely available on the Internet, via the Health Library website.
