Disruption to the Library 1st & 2nd March

We are striving to improve the Library as a study and learning environment for healthcare students and professionals alike. Please bear with us during Tuesday 1st and Wednesday 2nd March as the Library refurbishment takes place.

Disruption will include:

CLOSURE of:

  • Rotunda – there will be no access to book stock and print journals by library members
  • Silent Study room – there will be no access to the silent study room

Still OPEN:

  • IT Suite
  • Training Room
  • Self-Service
  • Main Library Counter

CHANGES:

  • Study space – study rooms within the CEC have been booked for use by library members, ask at the library counter
  • Access to the book stock and printed journals – if possible and safe to do so a member of staff will be available to retrieve stock from restricted areas

The following services will be unaffected:

  • Book returns and renewals
  • Inter-library loan requests
  • Requesting a book
  • Literature Search Requests
  • Training
  • IT Suite

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

The Knowledge and Library Hub can be accessed via this link NHS Knowledge and Libraries Hub or by clicking on the Knowledge and Libraries Hub icon on the desktop on a UHNM com...
