Learning Library Skills Online

We have developed a range of online learning modules to help you to use our facilities, services and resources effectively. These are mainly aimed at our new nursing students but anyone can have a look to see if they can help. It wont take long to have a look; most last only a few minutes and you can jump to the section you need. We’ve included presentations, videos and quizzes for you to have a go yourself.

Get started with our Welcome Tour to help to learn all about what we can do to for you. Then check out the Finding Resources module to help you to locate the resource you need. The Using Resources section will give you a basic introduction to getting started with books, journals and databases. Once you gain more confidence try our Information Skills section to learn how to search for information effectively.

Look in the Library for our leaflets and bookmarks.
