Health Literacy Awareness Training - September - November 2026

Improve Patient Communication - Enhance Health Outcomes. 

Aims of the Session: 

  • Introduce the concept of health literacy
  • Consider the impact low health literacy has on your work, your patients, and the NHS
  • Explore practical methods to improve communication with patients

Session Details:

  • Accredited by the Royal Society of Public Health
  • 1-hour interactive session via MS Teams
  • CPD certificate upon completion
  • You will need a microphone and camera please don’t attend on a mobile phone


Dates:
  • Monday 14th September 2026 - 10 am - 11 am
  • Tuesday 13th October 2026 12 noon - 1 pm
  • Friday 27th November 2026, 2 pm - 3 pm
