W is for wellbeing

Make sure you look after yourselves. The library can play a part. Evidence supports the value of reading to improve health and wellbeing, so we have introduced a collection of books based on the Reading Agency’s Reading Well and Mood-boosting books. Take a look at our Reading Well collection.

You can browse the collection online or thumb through books in the library. Books are available on standard loan. This collection is gathered together and shelved by the main doors. You’ll find texts on self help, inspirational stories or just something for a bit of a laugh.
