It is still the place to go to find information, articles, e-books and journals from a range of healthcare specific resources for our NHS customers; and also to find out about print books available at both of our Health Libraries. JAMA online

2008 will see a great number of changes to the NHS electronic resources. The first of the changes to be introduced is the national purchase of the American Medical Association journals . This will provide Athens authenticated access to journals such as JAMA, Archives of Neurology and Archives of Ophthlmology. Unlike Proquest titles, there will be no embargo to accessing the articles and provides stable full text access to past issues. Please contact the Library for further details regarding NHS Athens or electronic journal access.
