App of the Month – NHS Choices Health Apps Library

Are you looking for apps to help patients keep track of healthy living activities or support with long-term conditions?

The NHS Choices health app library is a good place to start looking. Here you will find lists of apps reviewed by the NHS and rated by users.

Types of apps listed include:

  • Specific conditions
  • Healthy living support
  • Service providers
  • Social Care
Some apps are free, others are paid for or require in app purchases (ie for advanced features).
