Reduced opening hours at the Health Library over Easter 2025

 There will be reduced opening hours at the Health Library (Royal Stoke Hospital site) over the Easter holiday weekend.

  • Friday 18th April - Closed
  • Saturday 19th April - 10am to 4pm
  • Sunday 20th April - Closed
  • Monday 21st April - Closed

Online resources remain accessible from our website.


Alternative library access:
The Health Library at County - Stafford Hospital:
The library will be self-service for those with 24/7 hour access Friday 18th March  - Monday 21st April - for members who have already arranged access.
To arrange 24/7 access please email library@uhnm.nhs.uk, well in advance before 18th April.
Staffed library service will resume Tuesday 22nd April.

V is for visit us

Why not come along and visit us? We are located on the ground floor, in the Clinical Education Centre, at the Royal Stoke University Hospital. Here are some instructions on how to get here, along with a Google Street map view. We’re in the really distinctive round building you can see from the A34. The library is usually a quiet place to study or catch up on some paperwork. You can use the silent study room if you need. We also have NHS and Keele networked computers, as well as provision for photocopying, scanning and printing.
