Radiology / imaging titles available to UHNM staff

Here is a reminder about the collection of journals and ebooks UHNM staff can access for radiology and imaging.

Clinical Key is a really good resource that provides full-text articles, journals and ebooks for this specialty. There are over 40 full-text journal titles as well as over 80 full-text ebooks.

You can find a list of current journal titles in my blog post eJournals collection on Clinical Key for Radiology / Imaging and a current list of ebooks in my blog post eBook collection on Clinical Key for Radiology / Imaging.

Clinical Key is easily accessible via your NHS OpenAthens username. You can get the link and log on to Clinical Key straight away from our website:

  1. Go to our NHS Resources page
  2. Page down to the A-Z list
  3. Click the link to Clinical Key
  4. Enter your NHS OpenAthens username / password when prompted

For more help using Clinical Key, including video demos, please see my presentation: Get Started with Clinical Key. There is also a new face-to-face training option, see our UHNM training page for details of how to book.

Keeping up-to-date

You can sign-up to receive regular table of content updates for individual journal titles. You will receive an email notification when a new issue is published along with links to the articles in that issue. If you are already registered for KnowledgeShare Evidence Updates you can add journal table of contents updates to your profile (if available). Just let us know which journals you are interested in.

Please feel free to contact the Health Library if you have any questions or need help accessing Clinical Key, or any other NHS resources.
