Look after yourself this winter

Make sure you take care of yourself this winter. Here are a few ways the Health Library can help.

Reading Well Collection

Curl up with a book and immerse yourself in a story. We have a collection of mood-boosting fiction books to help you to unwind. There are also poetry collections to inspire and amuse you. Or try one of our self-help books to support your own mental health.

Borrow these from our reading well collection. You can browse the collection in the library or take a look at the titles available via Library Search.

Wellbeing Area

You can also take a moment of mindfulness in our wellbeing area. There are jigsaws and colouring books to try or just take a little you-time in a comfy chair.
