Your Health Collection – a selection of books and digital support resources for NHS staff

NHS Knowledge and Library Services are working in partnership with The Reading Agency to provide a new collection of 10 books and 30 online resources to NHS staff via their library. For the first time, the collection will also be given to 120 prison libraries in England.

The theme of the collection focuses on supporting better general health, including topics such as ageing well, women’s health and menopause, men’s health, life as a trans person and better mental wellbeing.

Funded by Health Education England, the collection has been chosen with the various communities involved for individuals to use themselves or to help them understand someone else’s health issues.

A copy of each of the 10 books will be sent to over 300 NHS and prison libraries across England. The digital resources can be found on the NHS Knowledge and Library Services website

Check our Reading Well collection for books to support your wellbeing.
