New Click and Collect Service at the Health Library

The Health Library is now offering a "Click & Collect" service, starting Wednesday 1st July. This is available Monday to Friday, by appointment only. You will be able to request books and collect at an agreed time.


To book a click and collect slot:

  1. Find your books - Search on the catalogue Library Search for the books that you want
  2. Make a request - Send an email to the Health Library account health.library@keele.ac.uk including the following details: your name, library card number, details of the books required and a contact phone number.
  3. Receive your pick-up slot - You will be contacted to arrange a pick-up day / time.
  4. Collect your books - Follow the instructions to gain access to pick up your items. Please try to be prompt.
We are still operating under covid-19 restrictions. Please check our website for all other restrictions to our serivces.
