We have set up some new mindfulness activities on our mindfulness table in the rotunda.

As well as trying our jigsaw and colouring activities you can also learn more about:
  • The finger labyrinth
  • How to commute mindfully
  • Walking mindfully
  • Fostering self-compassion
  • Local yoga sessions
