Ovid Medline training for NHS Researchers

Thinking of writing your own research paper but unsure where to begin? This one-hour course will help you develop a robust search strategy which can be transferred into other databases for maximum paper retrieval. Run by UHNM and Keele Librarians, this course will help you build the ‘Literature review’ section of your paper using Ovid Medline. By the end of this workshop, you should be able to: Develop and run your own research question Screen the title and abstract of relevant papers Know how to obtain the full text Save your search and journal articles Download your search results in a file (ready for uploading in screening or reference software) Set up an alert for new research recently added.
